    That is a bit of a scary conversation, isn’t it? Sascha handled most of it for us, when my mother in law died, and then on and off later when Sarah had questions. Of course there is no standard reply or a right way to handle it, it’s always colored by our own beliefs and as long as we manage to tell the truth without scaring them I count it as successful!

      Elisa, I guess having an older one always helps in such cases. It was scary, especially since I didn’t want her to live in fear of the inevitable and I was sleep clogged at 3 am.

    I have another blogging buddy that has been banished to Spam to no fault of her own. I hope WP is not making major changes. I hate all the hiccup that comes with change.

    hmmm…. that is a tricky topic isn’t it.
    I think what you told her is fine for now, until she actually faces the harsh realities of life and death, this much of an understanding is enough.

      It’s even trickier than the where do babies come from topic đŸ™‚ Yes, I think it’s enough for the next few years.
